How do I downgrade a paid plan to a free plan?

You can downgrade your plan using My Account menu in the Admin Dashboard. 

1. Log in to your account using the PubNub Admin Dashboard
2. Click My Account Menu dropdown and go to Plans and billing
   
   
   
3. Select the Free Plan
   

This will trigger the downgrade process with the change becoming effective on the first day of the following month.
