A PubNub account qualifies for Pro Plan upgrade in the following cases:
- Audience size grows beyond the highest usage plan
- High-availability application guarantees are needed
- Application is intended for spiked usage (aka, event-based deployment)
- Volume discounts are desired
An uptime SLA of up to 99.999% is available to customers on the Professional Plan and is subject to the terms and exclusions set out in Schedule A (Service Level Agreement) of PubNub Terms and Conditions.
