Events & Actions allows users to oversee events across their application's lifecycle, while also facilitating transmission of real-time data to external systems, all without intricate coding requirements. The feature offers a way to orchestrate event-driven functionalities enabling action execution and real-time data distribution.

Key Features

1. Event Listeners: Listeners that respond to triggered events. They act as catalysts, prompting the execution of pre-defined actions tailored for each event.

2. Filters: Empowering users to categorize and discern events, enhancing precision in action execution and data handling.

3. Action feedback: To ensure a robust development cycle, action feedback provides insights into the success or failure of executed actions, enabling prompt troubleshooting.

4. Amazon SQS and Amazon Kinesis Integration: Facilitating the transfer of real-time data to these services, bolstered by configurable retry mechanisms.

Events & Actions is accessible through your Admin Portal.

It's available to PubNub users across Free, Starter, and Pro plans with distinct feature benefits, depending on your account's plan:

• Free: 1 million events, 1 action per listener, webhook actions only, no retry.
• Starter: 5 million events, 3 actions per listener, webhook actions, Amazon SQS, and Amazon Kinesis actions with retry.
• Pro: Custom event limits, custom actions per listener, webhook actions, Amazon SQS, and Amazon Kinesis actions with retry.
