You can downgrade your plan using the Upgrade section in the Admin Dashboard.
NOTE: If you are on a legacy plan, the user interface may not be the same as outlined here but the process should be similar and located within the Upgrade section.
- Log in to your account using the PubNub Admin Dashboard,
- Select the App and then Key Set that you want to downgrade
- Select the Upgrade button at the bottom of the left navigation menu
- Click the Free plan panel - a form dialog is displayed
- Fill out the form and click the Send button
A support ticket will be created and our Billing department will process the request as soon as possible (typically within 2 business days).
