We offer two options to be able to receive live support during a live event.
1. Our Platinum Support Plan includes 5 hours per month, no rollover options. All you have to do is opt-in to using those hours when you fill in the Live Events form. Look for the opt-in box.
2. You can purchase a Live Events Package separately, without a Support Plan, as seen here.
